Labour market issues are of fundamental importance for tourism development in Quang Nam province. Within the education and training system there is a need to upgrade the skills of tourism-sector workers for several reasons; to raise the industry’s productivity, to equip tourism-sector workers to respond to the realities of the knowledge economy and to ensure that skills exist in areas such as sustainable tourism practice and in the increasingly important area of green practices within the industry of Quang Nam.

In order to raise both skill levels within tourism and enhance career development opportunities to know about tourism market, Quang Nam Tourism Association (QTA) cooperates with NGOs, volunteers or experts in the training course online project to help members of QTA in the field of administration and business management. The foundation course will also cover the basic principles of legal, economic, marketing, accounting, and finance as well as management in tourism, hotel management and hospitality management.
